Plan Room/
Member Policy for Plan Room Use
El Dorado Builders’ Exchange members may use the Plan
Room free of charge. (Members whose dues are outstanding
may be restricted from further member services until
payment is made in full.) El Dorado Builders’ Exchange
members are asked to sign in upon entering the Plan
Room. Members are asked to provide their company name
and name of the person using the Plan Room.
Exchange members may send
non-members to use the Plan Room for a day use fee.
The Plan Room maintains a library
atmosphere. Members should be as quiet as possible and
respect the privacy of others.
Non-member Policy for Plan
Use
Non-members must check in at the reception area and give
the following information: Name, phone number, and
location of the company they own or work for and their
license along with a business card.
Non-members must pay a $50 day-use
fee in advance to use the Plan Room for one day.
Non-members may review plans and
specs in the Plan Room for up to 2 hours per plan (1
hour limit on bid day.)
Non-members may not check out plans
for overnight use.
Non-members who damage, disassemble,
or lose plan sets must pay for them and will lose the
privilege of using the El Dorado Builders’ Exchange Plan
Room.
